Backup Xbox 360 Games

Want to burn Xbox 360 games? The easiest, safest, and cheapest way to do so is by using game copy software. We analyze several game copying programs to help you choose the best one for you.

In earlier times, the only way you could copy games that were playable in your console was to burn the game, and then either disassemble your game console and install a mod chip inside it, or buy boot disks so your console could actually read the copy. Things are much easier now. Modern game copying software programs make copies that allow you to play burned games on Xbox 360 without modding or keeping up with boot disks. Ah, the marvels of technology!

At BurnXbox360Games.org, we showcase 360 game copy software programs that make copies that can be played without the use of boot disks or modding your console in any way. We also list one how-to guide that shows you where to get game copying software and provides step-by-step instructions, as well as email support.

Why Burn Xbox 360 Games?

If you’ve landed on this page, you probably already know why you should backup Xbox 360 games, but we thought we’d post this article anyway ;-)

Xbox 360 games can be expensive, costing upwards of $60 or more. They’re pretty easy to damage, too, especially if there are young kids living in your home or you switch game disks often. Frequent disk switching can eventually lead to scratches on your precious game, as can dropping the disk numerous times. And what if your bulldog uses it as a chew toy? Then you’re just out of luck… and 60 bucks.

Bad dog! But you don’t have to worry about your game disks getting damaged if you burn a copy. You can keep the original in a safe place, and only play your backup. That way, if you scratch the copy, or your little brother uses it as a Frisbee, you’ll still have the original safely tucked away. Then all you have to do is simply make another copy to use.

You might also want to make a backup if you’re going on vacation and want to bring your 360 with you. Or perhaps you have a few Xbox 360 consoles in different rooms of your mansion, and it’s just too much work for your servants to lug your enormous game collection from room to room. You can order them to make copies of all your games to store those copies in the various rooms, you big shot, you.

A Note on Piracy
Piracy is illegal and wrong. It’s the same as stealing. You should never make game copies with the intent of selling or distributing them. Even giving a copy to one of your friends can result in legal prosecution, including hefty fines, and even jail time. BurnXbox360Games.org does not endorse or condone piracy. You should only make copies of games that you, yourself, actually own.
