Easy Backup Wizard

We are not impressed with the Easy Backup Wizard software program. It basically does what any other game copy software does, and it’s priced about the same as others we’ve seen, but it doesn’t come with a money-back guarantee. That’s very suspicious. Any program worth the code it’s made of comes with a money-back guarantee. The fact that Easy Backup Wizard doesn’t offer one makes us hesitant to recommend this program. Either the software doesn’t work the way it should, or the developers just don’t care about the people who purchase it, so they will not bother to offer technical support or program updates.

Update: Easy Backup Wizard is sold through Clickbank, and is subject to Clickbank’s 60-day return policy. That’s the same as a money-back guarantee, but the Easy Backup Wizard website neglects to mention this.

Another clue that this program may be a big rip off is the official website itself. It’s paper-thin; only a few pages and the pages hardly contain any content. There isn’t even a “Contact Us” page. The contact email can only be found on the bottom of the homepage. We sent an email to this address and will post here when (or if) we receive a response.

Information on the website is inconsistent throughout. The list of supported game formats changes from page to page. For example, Sega’s Dreamcast is listed as a supported console on only one page, and is excluded from the list on the FAQ page.

We do not recommend purchasing Easy Backup Wizard. If it came with a money-back guarantee, it might be worth a look, but since it doesn’t, don’t bother. You might want to try GameBackupSystem instead.
